HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I called the owner Rob and he said he would stop by on Friday. His company replaced my hardwood floors and it came with a warranty. There is a spot that needs repaired. I called Monday and he said he forgot. He would be out Tuesday. He showed up Wednesday and said he would have a guy over in an hour. Now he will not return calls or text messages. Great all around
This company truck drove the entire length of Main Road from Highway 17 to Maybank with a blown tire and driving on the rim. There was smoke, sparks, noises, and erratic driving as he was losing control of the trailer. We tried to get their attention but they waved us off. We called 911 and reported them as, of course, the tire eventually blew right into our car. Of course no answer from this number on the back. If this is how irresponsibly they act on the roads I can't imagine how they stay in business.
Greatly appreciate Rob's knowledge and especially love the attention to detail he gives the floors.
