Just purchased a 4 Gal fryer for use with our Scout Troop. Fryer was shipped and received within 3 days from ordering. Mark and his team were incredible! Customer service is outstanding! The unit arrived in great condition with the exception of the baskets. They were damaged by the shipping company. A quick phone call to Mark and new baskets were being sent the same day!! You don't find many companies that are this committed to customer service. Highly recommend this company. Thanks again!

There are so many Great things to say. Where to start, I ordered the FF6R on Monday and it arrived on Friday. I had it assembled and cleaned out in about 1 hour 30 minutes. Fired up and cooking an hour later. Met and exceeded all of my expectations! Looking forward to my next purchase.
