customer service fryer 5 months old Rusty as a 1970s model square body Chevrolet they told me they would not replace it to go sand blast it myself an paint it they suck
RecommendedWe ordered our 17 Gallon Cajun Fryer on October 7th and received it on October 28th. It took me maybe 75 minutes to assemble the unit and I did it by myself. I cannot wait to test it out this weekend! Thanks George @SmokeDatt BBQ.
I order a 17 Gallon 6 Basket Fryer with some other accessories back in April, I have called numerous time asking for an update on the unit/order. Same old BS someone will call back with update never happens, I had a large party planned for this month and I never figured 4 almost 5 months later the Fryer still would not be built and still not one time did anyone from RV Works Return any of my phone calls, totally pissed. Poor Customer Service, Poor quality
Great service. Highly recommend. Bought crawfish boiler about 4 years ago but never got to use it. Had a problem with the frame bowing after 1st use. I contacted Mark who sent me a kit to fix it. No questions asked. New frame fixed the problem. Refreshing to deal with a family owned business that is honest and responsive. Thanks y'all! #MFM🦅
I purchased my 4 gal. cooker at the Crappie Expo in Hot Springs AR in October 2019. Robert and his crew were great to work with. Could not have been anymore satisfied.. Great people. If any of you were not at The Expo you missed a treat. Robert and his folks furnished all the cookers to cook for the largest Crappie fish fry ---They cooked fish to feed estimated crowd of 6000 people. Thanks to R&V Works
Year old fryer and the wheel popped off. Going to have to fab my own solid mount for the wheel as the weld quality on the broken side is terrible. Must have been a Friday fryer.
Love my 8.5gal Cajun Fryer!!!! Highly recommend
