Previously dealt with Dr.Deakon for an ACL reconstruction in my early 20s found myself back here for another in my late 30s (oops). Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the receptionist who went over and beyond dealing with my constant phone calls with questions, handling some faxing that needed to be done, and was super wonderful to talk to. Dr Deakon is a great surgeon (although nonpracticing now) and anyone who has him in their back pocket even as a clinical guide is lucky to have him.

I see that someone else wrote about how unprofessional his staff are. I had a similar experience via a phone call. I do not know who hire these people but a lesson on how to answer phone and questions is needed. Very unprofessional and even rude.

I had the knee injection that combined the Hyaluronic & steroid for my right knee on February 19 2024 for my arthritis I had it done before but with other surgeon but this time I wanted to try Dr. Deaken and that was the worst experience I’ve ever had. The next day my knee was swollen and so red couldn’t stand on it or walk I had to rest for a week I thought it will go away after 10 days the redness went away.
