Not good. Person came to my house to fix the garage door now the remotes don't work. I called and they told me I can either google how to program remotes or I can pay for a new service call. Gentleman on the phone did not speak nicely to me, did not ask me my address so he could look up my service call, and just said no, no, no. They should have checked the openers while they were here. I'll be sharing this everywhere. Stay away.

Todd was the only company that could price a simple belt replacement over the phone and knocked it out. On time and total pro. He even spotted another defect and had the parts in the truck. Would recco and use again.
Great and speedy service, I called two other places and they couldn't get to us for a week. A friend had their garage door fixed by Todd and recommended Todd so we called and our door was fixed the next day! Very nice and quick. Thanks for the great work.
Great experience! I have been a customer twice now with this company for different issues. I had Todd back out today because I was having an issue with the door after his last visit. He promptly showed up to review the issue. Turned out it had nothing to do with the previous repair. He quickly fixed the problem and called it a courtesy call! Why would I not recommend them or use them again??? Great company! Thanks Todd!

I hate giving bad reviews (especially to a small biz) but R&T installed a spring for me and despite several texts to and from Todd regarding the door bouncing, squealing from the rollers and the spring shaft being bent I was told that there was nothing he could do. To add insult; he stated he was too busy to come back out to look at his installation. Todd attributed the issues to the opener, which I replaced, but because I did not purchase the opener from R&T, Todd informed me that he was not going to come back up to follow ... read more
