Zero stars should be an option! Todd came to fix a broken spring and after payment he asked me to push my garage door button and the motor blew up right then- he then ran out as fast as he could saying"call me when you want to put in a new motor". I was left with a garage door I cannot safely open manually because of an incorrectly installed spring. I tried to contact Todd about the continued issues with the spring functionality and safety and he refuses to correct it and only wants me to buy a new motor. My garage door is n... read more
RecommendedCalled Todd yesterday for a broken spring that trapped the car inside and he was quick to respond same day installing a new spring and tuning up the door. He’s my go to guy for anything garage door.
Great experience today! Garage door fixed quickly and professionally! No upselling or high pressure for things I didn’t need. Great communication through the entire process. Also, doesn’t hurt Todd is a Massachusetts guy like myself. I would highly recommend R & T Garage Doors!
It took Todd all of 20 minutes to replace a broken torsion spring; only about an hour after I called for service. Excellent firm.
Finally a company that shoots you straight and doesn't try to take advantage of you. Discount Garage Doors told me it would cost $600 to fix my single garage door stating I need new wheels and a spring. R&T did a service and maintenance for $85 and my garage door is working perfectly now. Thanks for a job well done and putting in an honest days work!

I called R and T for a price to fix the spring on the garage door and Todd was at my house the same day and took care of it in less than 30 minutes. He evened installed the remote keypad for me (it was sitting in my garage for years.) I would recommend him - he was very nice and professional. Positive experience 100%.
