Very very polite and helpful
UPDATE: Reece has been caring for my lawn for 2 seasons, now. It still looks great! He is getting ready to do aeration and overseeding. Last year he walked me through the process, helped with setting up the watering and kept the leaves off so the seed could germinate and grow.
