Your employees are the BEST! We have had our pool for 5 years and learn something new every time we come in to have our water tested. They don't suggest us buying unnecessary chemicals for our pool. We weren't very educated by the pool company that installed our pool because they were just wanting to sell a pool. We are far more educated on pool maintenance since starting to come here 2 years ago. You guys are awesome!

Great guys went above and beyond to help me out today! Even though there was a power outage at the store. They even gave me a loaner pump for my hot tub until my pump could be repaired. That's what I call customer service great job guys ! Thanks for the help!

My son and daughter in law purchased a pool opening and closing last winter from R&S. They came out to open the pool as scheduled, but when I called to schedule the closing they insisted they had only paid for the opening. They paid $300. For opening a pool that is ridiculous. They were also very rude.

Mark, I'm sorry to hear about the misunderstanding. Our rates for opening http://rspool.com/page64.html and closing http://rspool.com/page65.html are listed on our website. We can schedule both opening and closing at the same time if the customer prefers to get on the schedule, but we will only charge for our services once a service call is completed. Therefore, we only charge for opening in the spring and closing in the fall. We do know that their are pool companies around town that schedule and charge for both at the time ... read more
