Robert replaced flashing on our chimneys and was very responsive and explained the work to be done in detail. He even took photos and texted them to me so that I could see what steps were taken. Absolutely outstanding service start to finish. Robert and R&Rs' professionalism were evident from day one. The service, work and follow-up were superb. The cleanup during and at completion of the main roofing work was phenomenal. Price, professionalism, service and timeliness...I would recommend Robert and R&R to anyone!!
Robert took the time to walk me through the process from start to finish. From day one, he was prompt in returning calls and good at keeping promises. Zero-pressure right from the beginning, even patiently waited for payment to clear well after the job was done. I am glad that Robert was available to do the job. Very professional and courteous.
Superior customer service. I had had several contractors and insurance adjusters out to get bids. Robert happened to be evaluating my neighbors' roof when I happened across him. He came over to mine the very next day and took excellent care of it for me.
