I have been skeptical about getting a van since I became paralyzed 2003. It took me too long to listen to family and friends that I needed a van. I finally got to thinking about it when we were thinking of getting a new ride. My friend Jennifer told me to contact Tracye with R&R. She called me several times before I was ready and when I was ready I went to see Tracye. One of the nicest, sweetest, most genuine people I have ever met. If and when u are ready for a van go see Tracye. She is awesome!!
R&R has been the best thing that has happened to my husband. He became a paraplegic 4 1/2 yrs ago. R&R was recommended to us threw our PVA rep to get a van that would be customized to what my husband needed. It's an experience learning to drive a van but now Allen is able to go places, do things he wasn't able to do before. We had our first vacation this for the first time in 4 yrs. In 2009 I got a Bruno Curbsider from R and R. Now, I have a Bruno Joey in my new car. R and R made the process as painless as possible. They have a nice lobby waiting area and a wonderful staff in both the front and back. They have made my life easier by being a great place for sales and service of my lifts.
Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I needed a van for my business and Rhett Tucker was awesome. He showed us some vans and discussed the pros and cons of each as related to my needs. We met many staff members while there and found all to be professional and friendly. We felt like we walked in as customers and left as friends. I will choose them for my next purchase as my business grows.
