Taylor Hall and the team at R and R mobility is THE best! He helped us diagnose a truly frustrating series of issues with our ramp-side sliding door this morning - over the phone!!! With a few photos and his incredible wealth of knowledge of their inventory of vehicles, the VMI product base and all of its workings, our door - which at first would not open at all, then would not close once we got it open- is now once again opening and closing freely and properly. As usual, excellent job by good people. Taylor is a genuinely great guy and got my van ready for a road trip. They made room for me in the schedule and everything is ready to go. I'm going to be ready for a new van within the next year and this is where I'm going to get it!
