I was recommended to Erin at R&R by member of my gym, and went looking for help with some shoulder and hip issues. Erin diagnosed me quickly and we put a plan together for treatments that have resulted in amazing results. Best outcome and looking forward to continued treatments.
Erin is an absolute master of her craft. I have partaken in intramuscular oral relief for TMJ and Erin always sends me away with total relief. I saw Erin for a prenatal massage to address my pubic symphysis dysfunction and WOW, I wish I had seen her sooner! She spent the session addressing my round ligament pain and pubic joint pain (pregnant ladies, ya know the pain I’m talking about!!) and felt a difference immediately after the session. The staff at R&R are amazing! I've been lucky enough to have had appointments with Bella and Erin, and both are fabulous at what they do! I really appreciate the extra mile they go to make you comfortable and get the muscles released. The products they sell in the studio are all tried and true, I'm a huge fan of the Be Rooted salves, they really help! I wholeheartedly recommend R&R, and have recommended them to my friends because I truly believe they do a fabulous job 🥰
This was my first visit to this place. I walked in with a stiff back, pain and reduced range of motion in the neck, and tight hamstrings. I walked out feeling like transformed with flexibility and increased range of motion in my neck and back. That seemed magical. I was seen by Adam.
