Highly professional and honest. Tom delivered as promised and was as unobtrusive as possible. They did what they said they were going to do. Can’t rate them high enough.
Contacted them via their website on 12/14 about some work I was looking to have done, and never received any communication back. I understand that places are busy, but if you're not accepting any new work, the ideal thing would be to communicate that on your website.
