Revised: I don't know what the confusion was initially, but they have totally taken care of this issue. Revising to 5 stars. Avoid this company. I bought a top-end solar pool cover with an advertised 3 year warranty in 2025. After only 1 season it's disintegrating. They now say that there are very specific conditions that apply to that warranty, which was not in their listing. They will not stand behind their products even when there is a warranty.
Great company, super fast shipping, good customer service, when I had a problem with an item they remedied it very quickly and without a ton of questions. Prices are good, will do business with them again!
Stay away from this company. They never shipped the item but still charged me for it. Disputed the charge through my credit card company and it took two months to be resolved.
Bad ppl to do business with. Look elsewhere
