The people at this firm are very unprofessional indeed. They do not seem to have any professional aptitude. One of their appraisers recently visited my property, took pictures which practically defaced the reality, drew erroneous diagram of the house layout, used inferior comps and grossly undervalued the property in comparison to true market value. The woman named Anita repeats herself like a broken record, unwilling to even listen to what you may have to say and seem to have no clue like her appraisers
We had an appraisal completed before placing our house on the market and found the report and the advise very helpful.
