Called to check on availability of parts that were ordered, staff was rude and not very helpful over the phone and told me they couldn't check their archaic computers for me and hanging up on me. Arrived to pick up orders to find that one of them hadn't even been placed despite having been given a PO over a week prior.
I talked with a man named Mike, he was very helpful and kind. Great service, and had the pump part I needed.
