I had to call to check in for my car a few times because I heard nothing back. I do not recommend this place. So for all of my years of having cars I would do my own work- because I had the knowledge of how to do it. For the very first time I decided okay I do not want to do it myself its cooler out - it gets darker earlier and I make enough cash to send it out. I had my minivan fixed by R&L when I was on vacation last week and I explained to the owner several times that we would have someone pick up our car to get us at the Logan Express as we're a large family. So....my brother gets our car, leaving his car until we drive back (1 hour) and the scumbag Rich who owns the place had my brother's car towed resulting in $200 additional bill to his already high repair bill.
