Very rude, downright mean to customers, don't go there! – If you like being treated like crap, go to this place. I rented from u-haul today and was supposed to pick up my truck at a different station. However, when I arrived the store was closed. So I call uhaul up again, they directed me to R and J. I said ok, I waited 30 minutes outside for nothing, might as well get the truck we need and make it worthwhile still by going somewhere else. Went into a ditch in the snow, called for a tow and was out within an hour. \$75, no complaints.

Had them tow my car and asked if they could see what is wrong with it. Wanted no work done before I knew what it would cost. They tore the front part of the engine off and then took it to a garage in town without asking me about anything. Stay away if possible if you have to use them, dont trust anything.
