I have been sitting & waiting for service for 2 hour & 10 minutes & still waiting for service . I am located 10 miles from the shop and am only waiting for gas. I have been given 4 different arrival times... last 3 updates was "he's just about there, then it was he stopped at an accident, I'll sent another driver" These updates are after I called when they didn't arrive at the time that I was told) I find this to be very poor service & will be updating AAA on this . Great service. The guy I dealt with was professional and took his time to do his job even though it was cold and windy out. Wouldn't hesitate to call again.
