What a great company!!! The tow truck driver that came and towed me did a Fantastic job!! I was stranded on the side of the highway with a flat spare tire! Not only was he fast to show up. But he also loaded and strapped the vehicle down in a fast manner!! He was a great person. THANK YOU GUYS for everything!!

Had a flat tire tonight on the side of Hwy 83. My roadside assistance through my insurance set up R&J's towing. They showed up in less time than first estimated and changed the tire super duper fast. Eric was very professional and helpful regarding the safety of my donut tire. Two thumbs up and 5 stars from me!
The driver, I think he said his name was Jay, was very friendly and I really appreciated him calling me when he was about 15 minutes out and then again as he was pulling in so I could go out and meet him instead of waiting with my car that wouldn't start. I was also impressed with how fast he got there, even on a day where I am sure they were busy because of the cold, it was just under an hour from me calling Roadside to me being on my way.
By far the best tow op around and friendly
I broke down and sat for 2 hours trying things before I called the tow truck and he was there within 10 minutes. Being a female and by myself, the gentleman who came made me feel very comfortable and made things easy for me.
