Message from R.J. Over & Associates INC. We are a small family owned business located in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley of Virginia. Established in 1983 as an independent dealer of elastomeric coating products of mostly commercial roof-top applications. As part of the prep work for our highly reflective white coatings we did a lot of power washing to prepair the roof surface to ensure proper adhesion of the coatings.
