I had an appointment the guy came 15 minutes late. Then came into my home with no equipment just looking around and digging through my boxes said he couldn't clean the carpets while going through my boxes and taking photos. Everything was on the bed and chairs so that he could clean underneath and around. I'll clean the carpets myself Thank you

Just bought a used couch that I wanted cleaned as soon as possible. Found R&J on Craigslist and decided to give them a call. They were quick to schedule me for tomorrow and were quick to arrive on time. I loved the flat rate of $100 for my large sectional couch. Wasn't too expensive for the way it looks now. Practically looks lightly used. Would recommend their services to anyone. They take cash and square card reader.
