Bob was professional, helpful and was able to immediately address my needs. He was reasonably priced. I would hire again, if needed.
Bob was very effecient and went over and beyond good customer service. He was extremely helpful with issues we had no idea about.
Bob was a very nice handy man that was very detailed in the work that he did for me. He hung a number of heavy mirrors, and other art work. I will call him when I complete the picture hanging project in my office.

We actually had to change from tile to laminate flooring due to an asbestos problem and Bob was wonderful. He was so easy to work with and had tons of experience to draw from. We loved having him around the house-very pleasant and professional! Bob went out of his way to make our lives easier by picking up parts, helping us order materials and rearranging his schedule to fit ours. We highly recommend Bob Hoppe!
Bob did a fantastic job on my bathroom. He was very easy to work with and always showed up on time. I will be using him on my second bathroom shortly

THE CONTRACTOR REMODELED THE COMPLETE BATHROOM. THE TILE WORK WAS O.K. BUT THE REMOVAL OF THE OLD TILE ON THE WALLS AND MAKING THEM SMOOTH AGAIN HAD A LOT TO BE DESIRED.WE HAVE PAINT RUNS,UNEVEN WALLS AND WHEN THE SUN IS AT A CERTAIN ANGLE YOU CAN SEE ALL THE IMPERFECTIONS,NOT A TOP RATED JOB!

I was made aware of the issues and to my knowledge and to my face they were address, to the home owners satisfaction. The paint they supplied , ran easy but that was taken care of so I was told. I will call the home owner and resolve the issue. I would also like to add that I do approx; two full remodels a month with little issues.I am not a painter and did this only because, due to age, the home owner he was not able to due the paint. that won't happen again. Grout is not smooth and already falling out. Talking is not spread evenly Or complete for that matter. Pictures have been taken. Left debris behind. Fast and eager to get paid Before an inspection could be done. The only real compliment is he is personable and on time.

The above is wrong.The customer was told that due to the tile being so close,all I could due is remove the surface and re-grout.Which I did.The owner saw the end result and had no issues.Instead of calling me with an issue to make corrections,they just listed an unjustified review which shows a lack of judgement and good character on there behalf.As far as debris goes grouting doesn't leave debris so that is a ?.
