Did an okay job. Would recommend to others to make sure you've clarified with him exactly what you would expect the finished job to include/look like before hiring.
Business response:
This involved a bay window with serious rot problem. The maintenance was igorned and repairs are limited. Repairs were only a couple hundred dollars replacement several thousand. No one can make it look like new again.

Bob was great! He was on time or early every day (!!!), knowledgeable about everything I needed done, had great recommendations and advice for the project, and finished the job in the estimated time. He even helped with some extra items that came up. Very personable and reliable. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a job like this.

He was great about keeping the appointments we set up, did a terrific job on the series of small home improvement jobs around my house, and is very personable. I also thought his fees were very reasonable.
I think Bob is a seasoned pro at putting together an affordable remodel. He did extensive work for me in a rental house, mostly unsupervised, and he found ways to keep costs in check and to make good decisions in my absence. I gave him the keys and gave him a high level list of things to get done, and he went to town. I threw all sorts of things at him - plumbing, drywall, doors, countertops, and he got it done.
Robert is an honest and skilled handyman. I would highly recommend him to anyone planning home improvements.
