quick and easy!
He got back to me right away, did quality work, was very friendly, cleaned up after himself and did a wonderful job. I will definitely use him again. In addition, I felt like his charges were more than fair.
He was very professional and put my son and I at ease. He did just want I wanted and actually helped and a few pictures that I needed help hanging. He was fast and did a fab job.
Bob responded quickly to our request and showed up when he said he would and took on a massive list of jobs ranging from installing lighting to mild carpentry work. He did not sit down for 5 hours straight and got everything done and then some. He was also very pleasant to spend the day with. We will use him again.
Mr. Hoppe didn't return my initial call. I made a second call to him after a week. He finally got back to me. He told me I didn't give him much notice for the project but he hadn't returned my initial call. He complained about the directions for the bookcase and decorative shelving. To his credit, he replaced the bookcase that he made assembled incorrectly. He ran out of some hardware pieces for hanging items that were part of the project. cust. was contacted by e-mail, told her I don't do commerical jobs. Cust. called 2 days before moving medical ofc said she was stuck. So I did the job on sat & I don't take cc..The assem of bookcase had prob. due to poor inst. from mfg. I damaged a part and replaced it no cost to office.I ran out of hardware because of last min.add on,required 36 anchors. cust did not want to spend more $.
Bob was on time and sweet as pie! He did a great job putting up shelves and some curtain rods. I was missing hardware for my closet doors and he even told me where to go to order it. I would definitely call him again.

Was prompt and flexible. Did a great job on installing out storm door, bathroom cabinet, and re-screening one window. He also did an excellent job on installing a new screen on the exterior of our bathroom window. However, a couple of the windows which he had to use a kit to install the frame and the screen did not quite fit exactly. Overall he was fine.
Bob was quick and easy to deal with.
