My experience working with RH Hydronics was horrible; it remains horrible. I filed a complaint through the BBB, and he ignored it so it was closed. I've filed a complaint with the California State Licensing Board since the BBB couldn't resolve the problem. His workers in his company installed the Navien boiler incorrectly. They neglected to install a second pump and a secondary loop on the system as per the manufacturer's specifications.
