WARNING! Don't use R.H. Hydonics! Ever! Last year two of their workers installed a pump on our water heater. The two workers tried to get more work "under the table" on their own. The pump they installed retailed for $100.00. R.H. Hydronics charged us $350 for the pump. After numerous calls the owner finally sent me a check for $100. Do not use RH Hydronics. They replaced our tankless heater a few years ago and currently we are without consistent hot water since the beginning of Dec. I have tried unsuccessfully for 2 months to have them fix it. The receptionist is incompetent at taking and delivering messages and the manager, David, no-showed 4 times. I am at a loss since other radiant heating companies will not touch a job installed by someone else. I've been told working on someone else's complicated system is asking for trouble. I loved it! R H Hydronics takes pride in what they do and it definitely shows! We needed a new water heater, so we decided to call up Robert. He informed us about our options and the costs involved. Installing also went very smooth, so yes I can highly recommend him!
