I saw Diane this visit and wouldn't change anything! I never took a seat as she greeted me as soon as I came in and took me right back! Dr. Randy and all his staff are the best! I have referred quite a few friends there and they were just as happy as my whole family is! I can't think of anything that needs changed or added. My visits are always pain free and trust me I have had a lot of dental work done there.
Nicole is wonderful and very gentle when cleaning my teeth. The reception desk is very nice and helpful. Overall, my visit was great and my teeth feel super clean!! Like the new email/phone notification system as reminders for appts.
During my visit, I felt like Diane was rushing through my teeth cleaning. There was one time, during my visit, that she got a little "aggressive" with one tooth and the gums. Usually, she is excellent. I don't know what was going on today.
