Even though Jim and Cathy Clark were effusive in their praise of the practice, making a change is always an unknown. My first experience with front desk personnel was so positive that much of my trepidation was alleviated. Explaining a little about what your doing as your doing it. Would make me feel a little less anxious. Example I was getting the second part of a root canal,I heard a flame being lite,I opened my eyes and seen the Doc,heating up a dental tool red hot,and stuck it in my mouth. I assume to stick down in the hole where the nerve was at, to stop bleeding,really not sure. Just caught me off gaurd.
