If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I moved in 07/01 and have only been here for two months. The web portal to pay rent never works and it is absolutely impossible to get a hold of someone at the leasing office for help. Every extension either goes to a voicemail where no one returns your calls or the line just completely hangs up. My partner and I moved into a R&E property on 3rd and Occidental Nov 2022, and we’re already leaving. I would NEVER EVER! rent from these scammers again. the apartments are infested with so many roaches, and constant maintenance problems. We’ve had an exterminator every other month and they don’t let up. Apparently the next door neighbors are filthy and refuse to get their place clean but I honestly think it’s a whole building/street issue. there’s cracks covered with duct tape, poor paint jobs, NEVER ABLE TO REACH TO OFFICE... read more
Never deal with these people, save your time and effort, miserable company, they will talk to you like you are nobody, and God forbid if you are not white enough for them, rotten place, I wish there was zero stars
Applied for a place with them .. gave them bank account info and everything to prove income… now no answer, nobody to be found and all of the sudden I have weird transactions on my account that I don’t recognize. After reading the reviews and seeing that the listings have been deleted I’d say this company at best is a scam… I will be notifying my bank, the authorities as well as Zillow.
