My appointment was scheduled at 5:45pm, I arrived before 5:40 and waited for over 20 mins to get served…. And he only worked on my hair for 5 mins and called it done… Really rude and low quality, I wouldn’t go there anymore and wouldn’t recommend my friends to go there…
Our whole family used to love coming here, and have been loyal customers for years, but unfortunately, the service quality has noticeably declined recently. During my last visit, Rachel seemed incredibly rushed and under pressure. She was very rough while handling my hair—she pulled it repeatedly, and it actually hurt. Given how uncomfortable the experience has become, we will be looking for a new salon
