We went in to look at vehicles since ours was on the fritz. We have awful credit but are trying to fix it and this couldn't have come at a worse time for us. However within minutes of speaking with Selenia, she ran our credit and pulled in Troy and together they put us in a much newer and safer vehicle! They were kind, extremely helpful and not at all pushy. Tim Hagan and Troy Stoops are both amazing men. I went last May looking for a car that I found on line. When I got there I ask for Tim who then because of a another commitment handed me off to Troy. Not only did Troy help me out we, but also told me the lower price car between the two I was looking at would be better for my family. I was really excited to do business at RC Hill but had an exteremly lack luster experience. They sell themselves on service, however, it left a lot to be desired.
I always get the best service when I bring my 2004 Endeavor in for service. The people in the office Barb and Kristen are always polite and cheerful. Can't say enough about the mechanics either. I've never had a bad experience.

Your radio commercials are so annoying that I actually came on here just to tell you how much I hate you for them. Listening to wjrr is awesome but you make me change the station every time I hear your stupid voice and people screaming woo hoo! Maybe you wouldn't need to grab so much attention if you weren't a hack dealership.
Extremely disappointed in the service department! Apparently it's my fault that neither charging port works on my 2016 Outlander! My salesman advised his had blown fuses at first too. They blamed both chargers we tried for blowing fuses stating because they are after market (Mitsubishi doesn't make chargers so ALL are after market) Refused to replace both ports but said would "do me a favor and replace 1". After buying 2 brand new vehicles and referring 2 others who did the same I will never recommend this business again! I ... read more

What a joke !! Talk about false advertising!! Nickel Pickle sale is a "scam" !! No matter where you bought it or " how much you owe " is what they say until they seen what I owe and said they could not help me. Why advertise this and then not back it up !!
