I went yo rc hill in deland because they advertised the most for ur trade possiably 5000 more then they came back with the lowest amount out of the 3 dealership i went to and try to be slick. About it. Car dealer are car dealers
Awesome friendly staff. We worked with James a great car salesmen coupled with their sales manager Tim we had a great experience. I see no reason to ever buy a new or used car anywhere else. They offered me 1k more for my trade in than 3 other local dealers and 2 dealers in orlando... great work.

What a pleasant car purchasing experience. When we arrived, Matt met us at the door. He brought us out to check out some Outlanders. Matt was very patient, reviewed my options and answered all my questions. We test drove a 2016 and a 2017 model, then Matt gave me a price breakdown for both vehicles. I have no trust and respect for this dealership after today .. I thought I had found a dealership I could suggest to other and repeat my business with but was very unhappy when I was told I had a patched tire on a brand new car with only 30 miles on it when I drove off the lot � . Back to the drawing board for the next car cause it won't be RC Hill
I found a truck that was for sale online. Called ahead to see if it was still on the lot and was told it was. Drove from Daytona to Deland only to find out the owner's son took it off the lot to essentially "borrow" it for the night and it would be back tomorrow. I had full intentions of buying the truck at the price listed, however, after that experience, this place has lost my business.
Thanks to Tim and Troy for getting us into a 2016 Outlander! Love the car and love the customer service we received. This is our second purchase from R C Hill, and we will be back and will recommend to our friends!
