We have purchased 2 brand new vehicles and have just purchased a newer preowned vehicle for our daughters first car from RC Hill. We also introduced my mom to the dealership and she also purchased a new car. I cannot say enough nice things about RCHill. They do not work on commission, so they do not bombard you when you pull on the lot, like other places. They listen to what you are looking for and are very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. If you are looking for a new car whether it is brand new or new to you, you should go to RC Hill Mitsubishi. My salesman was Russell Ervast, and he was extremely informative and helpful. Everything he did he explained in detail which gave us an extreme feeling of confidence and trust. Then Troy came in to do the paperwork and he made it fun and relaxing. I honestly felt like the sales man we had jabbed is a few times with constantly telling us he knows what he’s doing and I felt belittled a few times. All the commercials on the radio and everything saying all this awesome stuff... and they basically told me “you might wanna just stay in your car” the sales man rubbed me the wrong way. Not a good experience
Had a great experience purchasing my 2018 Outlander Sport. RC Hill has a huge selection and the friendliest staff around! My Sales Consultant James Wheeler was very professional and respectful of my time. I would definitely buy another Mitsubishi from this wonderful dealership.
