Mitsubishi Deland lied to me I bought a Mitsubishi Outlander 2017 on October 2017. I told the dealer I was moving to Puerto Rico for 3 years on Military Orders and if I was covered there and they said yes because theirs Mitsubishi dealers in Puerto Rico. 2 days ago I took my car to a Mitsubishi dealer in Puerto Rico for oil change. They informed me if I knew that my warranty will not covered me in Puerto Rico because I didn’t buy the car in Puerto Rico. Roy, definitely a miscommunication. Puerto Rico does not reciprocate with the US. However, When you return, The Factory warranty will be in full effect. Any bulletins or warranty work will not expire. Any dealer will be able to perform any pending work if needed. We do apologize for the misunderstanding.
