Left me with a rectovaginal fistula immediately after he performed a rectocele repair. I went to the ER 48 hours hours surgery in septic shock- he was no where to be found- out of state! No one at the ER would examine the surgery site! The last time he saw me, He told me everything he did looked fine - although I still had the RVF 😡
