worse company i have ever dealt with!! Would not do business with them again. They are unwilling to deal with big issues that need to be dealt with. Almost one year later and we are still dealing with the same issues when we first moved in. Now the gutters are falling off the house and they will not come out and look at it! We are moving out of 104 New Court, Run do not walk!! Black mold under the sinks, in attic and garage. Mildew odor when you walk in the door that we can not get rid of. Poison Ivy is everywhere in the fro... read more

great property management company R & B properties manages some complexes in the neighborhood I live in. They seem to be very attentive to the property that they are managing and the property always looks kept up and well-maintained. They have a local office here or you can look at the properties online that they have for rent. In my very small neighborhood I would say almost the majority of the homes that are rented out are rented through R & B. I have rented from R & B Properties for five years and have had no real problems with the company until now. The companies new policy that old tenants MUST have renters insurance and that new tenants will be required to take out a &100,000 liability policy from a company of their choosing is not on my agenda as well as the fact that I have reached the top of what I am willing to pay for rent. They keep raising the rent and there is a limit to what a person can afford so I am moving to a house rented by the owner. It is twice... read more
