So I’m sitting in the lobby waiting to speak to anyone (20min wait no one at front desk) an older gentleman walks and a waits a couple minutes and an lady comes down. She heads straight to him and ask how can I help you. I said Excuse I’m next. She o well just sit here and wait while I see what he needs. When I first called the firm I was greeted politely and was given an appointment to meet with Mr. Kuhlman. At our meeting he told me he would have my stepdaughter's adoption paper to us in a couple weeks. After a month I was still waiting on some kind of response. Messages were left with no return calls. Thankfully Mr. Kuhlman told us he would complete the documents and then we would pay the retainer fee. I have taken my business elsewhere and my new attorney has already completed the filing..... in less than 24 hours.
