I called three times to arrange for someone to give me a quote to replace a commercial hot water system for a manufacturing business. I was told three times someone would contact me to arrange a time to come meet and no one ever called me back and still haven't. Wellman services and or R A Flynn & sons do not tell the truth and are not reliable. Absolutely would not recommend for any job great or small!
Worked with this company through another company and they are blatantly dishonest. The first couple of times I thought it was just honest mistakes, so I started tracking things with photographs and notes. Even doing things in front of them to prove they were missing things and there was no accountability. I've never used their services because of this.
I called R.A. Flynn & Son to have new propane lines run around to various locations of our home we just purchased. We needed a line to our new stove, our fire pit table on our front porch, two lines on either side of the house for BBQs and a backup generator which will be installed later by another company. We also needed the unsafe copper tubing supply to our forced air furnace replaced with proper iron pipe work. From the first phone call, this was a class operation. Called on a Monday morning my mom's furnace was not working she is 88 years old and on her own. The lady set up a time at 2:00 pm he was a little early. I have been around this I want to say Bob had it fixed very quick he did a great jod mom has heats I am very happy my mom is happyvery professional thank you amazing work
I called them on a Thursday because the pilot light went out on my rental property. and they said they would be available Friday. The service tech arrived at the property at 2:45 PM the next day and refused to help the girls because their house was too dirty. My renters then called Roto rooter. They came out, turned up the knob a little, and lit the pilot light. They called me and said they were not going to charge me anything for this.
