This contract company is presently conducting work on a commercial business/home and they leave trash around our clean neighborhood. Being a contractor myself there are supposed to be a GF on site at all times and I think I've witnessed a possible GF once. The scaffolding is not to OSHA standards which makes me believe this is shabby company. Very disappointed that this is s D.C. based company treating another D.C community on this matter.
I have spoken to Rosemary many times on the phone and she is very friendly and approachble. I can tell she is detail oriented person and a bit of a perfectionist. Based on my interactions with her so far, I would trust her to remodel my kitchen or add an addition to my home.
I contacted this company today and the entire conversation if I can even call it that was discriminatory, unprofessional, and just completely dismissive. I’m looking to renovate 2 properties in the DC area. I emailed this company asking if they could come out and give repair cost estimates for both properties. The lady rosemary calls me and asks me do I plan to sell the properties after I renovate them I said yes. R & A did a fantastic job on my basement. Professional staff from start to finish. R & A did the job in a timely manner & was always available if/when I needed them. Don’t hesitate call them today!
Rosemary and her team did a great job finishing my basement. They installed a french drain, tiled, framed and drywalled, and added a half bath. Everything looks great. Rosemary provided an estimate within days, the work started on the agreed upon day, and was completed on time!
