Went by today to get outside washed and inside vaccumed and cleaned, asked how long it would take....30 minutes, took over an hour with the guys doing inside moving about as slow as a person can. Got home and noticed the Chevy bow tie on steering wheel still dirty, spots on mats etc.......also while I was waiting a guy came in and asked if I wanted wind shield chips fixed......they had already done them......I understand all labotu upsell but this place is getting a bit annoying.
Knicked my car window tint in 3 places on 2 different windows.... Denied it all and said I probably did it and didn't notice it. After inspecting further, there were still so many places they missed in the hour it took 2 guys to finish. Gave them a $10 tip. SO upset and will never go back.
Myself and another individual asked for the basic wash and basic interior cleaning, I was charged 27.00 dollars, the other person 19.00 dollars. Business ethics are Screwed up here.

Quick, professional, convenient and always a job well done. Suggestion: It would be nice to have the ability to add gratuity at checkout. I hardly ever have cash on me.
