Cars come out not cleaned and damaged. (And not the normal damage a car wash could typically do. I use to work at a car wash for two years to be exact and have never seen anything like what has come out of this car wash) Would never recommend to ANYONE and will never be going back. Terrible customer service and management. Take your business else where. Plenty of other car washes.
I hate to leave bad reviews but service was terrible today. I came in at 2:30 and I'm still here at 4:50 . I got an emissions test and a complete detailing. they have six vacuum stalls. they park all the cars in the stalls and only the first two stalls are in use. I paid more to get my car detailed than I did to get my entire house cleaned. they haven't touched my car in over an hour. maybe they need more workers or a mire efficient system. I like how they approach your window and ask do you want inside, you answer no. Then they ask do you want wheels done? Yes. Then they don’t ask any further they ASSUME you want the 23.00 wash. When I asked him why he picked that one he said because that is what you got last time. No... I just got duped last time and I paid attention this time. 23.00 versus 11.00. Seems like a racket to me. RecommendedQwikWash America in Frisco is always my only go-to place for a car wash. They consistently pay attention to details while thoroughly cleaning my truck. Everyone is professional and kind and I can always count on them to do an exceptional job! Highly recommend!
Just left this car wash. It took 2.5 hours to vacuum and wash the car. For 20 minutes, my car was done and no one came to inform me. I had to step outside and ask before finding out it was ready to go. When I went to get in the car, I realized they didn’t even wash the interior of the car.
