I was very nervous to try this place because of the bad reviews....but am I glad I did!! The 12 point system took a long time but they were packed. I would rather wait for a while instead of them doing to quick non-detailed job. They did get all dog hair out with ease. Then my car went to Damon & Jessica who did the best detail job my car has had in a long time! They truly took their time to make my car look amazing! My husbands truck will be coming soon.

I just spent $87 to have my car detailed at the McKinney location. There was some dog hair in the back when I got there, and when they finish the “detail” there’s still the exact same amount of dog hair in the back of the vehicle. The manager came out and told me that I would have to pay more to have them remove the hair. Ridiculous. We will never bring a vehicle back to any of your locations.

While $87 is a competitive price for detailing, it's not always possible to dedicate the time and resources it takes to remove pet fur from the tricky spots it can end up. Decent carwash....what hurts them is how long they take when interior is being included. I have never experienced such a slow wash... unless they speed this process up, I won't come here anymore as I have waited over an hour and consistently wait outrageous amounts of time for interior ... you all need to manage this better
I got an inspection here and the clerk was very friendly. I was happy when he told me there was a free car wash with my inspection! However when I pulled into the car wash line Victor (I think I’m remembering his name correctly) told me I had a large oil spill in the bed of my truck and it would be an additional 20 dollars to power wash it at the entrance of the car wash....
