Qwest was a great property manager for the house i was renting. Prompt responses and timely updates were a standard practice for Qwest. As a tenant you never know what you'll get with a property management company, so it was nice to feel taken care of as a tenant. It sure seems that Qwest has their systems and processes dialed in.
Where do I even begin with this horrible business? I’ve been renting in the GR area for over 10 years and I have NEVER had any issues with a landlord or property management company. Qwest took over a property we were leasing with a private landlord and everything immediately went downhill. Our furnace was condemned in the middle of winter 2024 and it took them 4 days to replace claiming it “wasn’t an emergency” and thought the measly solution of giving us one space heater for the entire house. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Kevin and Qwest Property Management! Kevin is a wealth of knowledge and the first person I go to when I have any house-related questions. He is ALWAYS extremely helpful with any and everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
We have been very happy with the service provided by Qwest Property Management. They keep us informed when needed and then take care of our properties better than we could do ourselves.
I’m also with Ms. Dziabuda below and have the same exact sentiment as them. From when Qwest took over our rent through today (look at the AI slop response they responded with,) we had terrible communication and experiences with Qwest. To reiterate, they did not replace our condemned furnace when it was the coldest week of that year for 4 DAYS IN WHAT THEY CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, they did not communicate that they disconnected our HVAC unit until we tried to turn it on, and also lied about our non-renewal, were I w... read more
