Where do I even begin with this horrible business? I’ve been renting in the GR area for over 10 years and I have NEVER had any issues with a landlord or property management company. Qwest took over a property we were leasing with a private landlord and everything immediately went downhill. Our furnace was condemned in the middle of winter 2024 and it took them 4 days to replace claiming it “wasn’t an emergency” and thought the measly solution of giving us one space heater for the entire house. Qwest was a great property manager for the house i was renting. Prompt responses and timely updates were a standard practice for Qwest. As a tenant you never know what you'll get with a property management company, so it was nice to feel taken care of as a tenant. It sure seems that Qwest has their systems and processes dialed in.
I have nothing but GREAT things to say about Kevin and Qwest Property Management! Kevin is a wealth of knowledge and the first person I go to when I have any house-related questions. He is ALWAYS extremely helpful with any and everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
The best decision my husband and I ever made with our rental property was to choose Kevin and his team to manage it! He takes very good care of our property, and is always available to help and give good advice. Kevin is honest, straightforward, and efficient. He is the best property manager we have, and I wish all the others were like him!
