Where do I even begin with this horrible business? I’ve been renting in the GR area for over 10 years and I have NEVER had any issues with a landlord or property management company. Qwest took over a property we were leasing with a private landlord and everything immediately went downhill. Our furnace was condemned in the middle of winter 2024 and it took them 4 days to replace claiming it “wasn’t an emergency” and thought the measly solution of giving us one space heater for the entire house. I’m also with Ms. Dziabuda below and have the same exact sentiment as them. From when Qwest took over our rent through today (look at the AI slop response they responded with,) we had terrible communication and experiences with Qwest. To reiterate, they did not replace our condemned furnace when it was the coldest week of that year for 4 DAYS IN WHAT THEY CONSIDERED AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, they did not communicate that they disconnected our HVAC unit until we tried to turn it on, and also lied about our non-renewal, were I w... read more
They took over multiple apartments and rental properties, raised the prices of everything. And wonder why we hate them. Can't find another place nearby that's not affiliated with them. Greedy pigs charging over 1k for an apartment that's failing. They even increased the price of the on-site washer and dryer the day they took over. Disgusting people who takes days to respond to urgent matter. If I could rate lower I would. I hate Qwest Property Management
The best decision my husband and I ever made with our rental property was to choose Kevin and his team to manage it! He takes very good care of our property, and is always available to help and give good advice. Kevin is honest, straightforward, and efficient. He is the best property manager we have, and I wish all the others were like him!
