They took over multiple apartments and rental properties, raised the prices of everything. And wonder why we hate them. Can't find another place nearby that's not affiliated with them. Greedy pigs charging over 1k for an apartment that's failing. They even increased the price of the on-site washer and dryer the day they took over. Disgusting people who takes days to respond to urgent matter. If I could rate lower I would. I hate Qwest Property Management
The best decision my husband and I ever made with our rental property was to choose Kevin and his team to manage it! He takes very good care of our property, and is always available to help and give good advice. Kevin is honest, straightforward, and efficient. He is the best property manager we have, and I wish all the others were like him!
I just got done renting for this company for about 3-4 years and it was a very pleasant experience compared to some places i have rented for. They were nice people and quick to respond when i needed any work done on the apartment or when something came up. I got done renting from them and overpaid a month of rent and they refunded the money within a couple weeks and also sent out my security deposit not too long after the lease was up which was great to see! It's been brought to my attention that my daughter does not have heat and is not expected for another week to have furnace repairs. Property managers need to be well versed on all aspects of management property policies and procedures. However, customer service is also a prime component of such a position. Apparently Dominique needs to be re-trained on BASIC customer service protocol. The rudeness and unprofessional attitude taken with both myself and my daughter is completely unacceptable.
