Dr. Tran commented on my personal life and exceeded my boundaries. Said that I got taken advantage of. He is not a pill mill and will take several appointments in order to prescribe you proper medication.
I found Dr. Tran's conduct to be extremely concerning. He was unwilling to listen to my side of the story whenever I had a depressive episode. I wanted to switch to one of his office's nurse practitioners and they were willing to help me.
He took forever to get me back on track with my life. I have attention difficulty issues and thought about transferring my records from another doctor but I think he didn't trust them or something. I don't remember whether he seriously took my complaints.
I’ve received help from Dr. Tran for 2 years, and he’s truly a blessing to me for attention issues. Recently, I've found his decisions regarding my treatment to be extremely questionable and unfortunately had to transfer to another doctor for a second opinion. I was originally recommended by a close friend.
I was happy to finally see a professional but Dr. Tran is just rude and read questions off a computer.
I have been a patient of Dr. Tran's for quite some time now. Not only does he know what he is doing with regard to his specialty, he has a great sense of humor and is compassionate. I highly recommend him to anyone who might be in the market for a new psychiatrist. I have been under the care of a "shrink," primarily for depression and PTSD, since I was around 16 years old.
