This apartment complex is not a good choice, especially if you have parents and friends who visit regularly. They will tow your vehicle if you stop to drop off an item. Even if you’re there for 15 minutes. There is often an unpleasant odor throughout the building, the laundry facilities are subpar. You can do a lot better at a lot of other places that are just minutes away. If you’re a parent looking for a place for your student, not a good choice at all. In short these apartments are wildly overpriced and just sucks to live at. The appliances need major updating. The heating systems in the apartments are awful and if you have a bad cold winter the utilities prices are ridiculous. In my own apartment the ceiling is some sort of soft material that falls all over the place. Oh also expect constant breaking of laundry machines, and other appliances, and to top it off it’s 150 a month for out door lot parking. My vehicle was wrongfully towed from the parking lot by simple roadside LLC. They are the tow company in charge of monitoring the lot. The tow company refused to reimburse me for my wasted time and the uber to get my car back. I didn't even get a sorry. The apartment property management hasn't done anything about it either. Also, these apartments are very overpriced. And prices have gone up every year I've lived here
Used to live here. They went from $950 for a 2 bedroom to $1900 the next year. Asked for a new fridge and they brought me another friend that was worse. 2016-2017 times. I knew so many neighbors that had to leave. If they can raise rent that high, they can’t be trusted.
