Friend went there and they ripped her seat. They refused to fix it and claimed it was ordinary wear and tear. Interesting was not that way when it went in and it is cut not torn. STAY AWAY!!

Hi Andrew, thank you for expressing your concerns. It is certainly possible that it was regular wear and tear. The driver's seat is a high traffic area where that sort of thing is common on many makes and models. Our technicians are careful and methodical when working on customers' vehicles. They leave the garage the same way they came in. Sometimes leaving even cleaner than they arrived.
went with friends to purchase a truck. upon closer inspection the truck was clearly in an accident and poorly repaired, but posted as "toyota certified" and the only response was "so are you still interested?" . DO NOT BUY THE RED 2016 TACOMA TRD OFFROAD!

I went to buy out my lease, which I thought would be a relatively easy process, but the employees of Quirk Nissan managed to make it a pretty miserable experience. For starters, they charge an extra $1600-1700 in buy out fees just from the dealership, not from Nissan. After that sticker shock came through, I went on a later date to pick up my plates. for a company that survives on customer service, they are lacking. The act of purchasing the car went smoothly unfortunately the post activity was terrible. It is now 10 business days and they have not paid of my trade in car loan, which has resulted in additional interest and fees, took over a week to register the new vehicle. The originally good experience has been severely soured.

Barely made it to Quirk with a 2007 Nissan that lost all steering capabilities. After a diagnostic it became clear that the $2200 estimated repair was just the beginning. Special shout out to Tommy Yee and Pedro Aponte Jr for getting me through a very long day. I just moved to Boston from NJ 5 days ago so my insurance, license and registration presented a ton of issues, but they got it done.
