It took way to long for an oil change and they did not change my windshield wipers as I requested...
im a new shop just opening , get a customer in with a o5 nissan altima , the ignition coils where burning up , found a bad negative battery cable ( common problem ) spent the day looking over wiring after the car still wouldn't start , had no injector pulse , found the ECM faulty , had to tow the car to quirk to have that job done ( most shops cant reprogram computers , common practice ) i get a call from quirk saying the new ecm is bad and that they wouldnt work on the car because " it was too old , had too many miles on it... read more
Horrible Service!! I was belittled and insulted by Jerry the Service Mananger. Would NEVER refer this dealership for ANYTHING
I have all my service done at Quirk they are quick and affordable. They keep me on the road.
Had a terrible experience with Quirk Nissan today. Negotiated a deal for a pathfinder platinum, had it in writing, and when i was ready to come down and buy it, the salesperson backed out of the deal. They should have honored the deal. Will never recommend anyone do buisness with this dealership.
