@QuirkHotel Disappointed that a hotel as nice as this didn’t have parking for its guests—checked in at 6pm Sat evening . Went out and came back to a valet sign stating “lot full”. When we asked the front clerk regarding parking options , he advised parking on the street. That was it . Good thing we knew the area and parked across from the Jefferson , (4 blocks away) maybe next time we will stay there.
RecommendedLarge comfortable room...very modern. Nice breakfast from room service. Was all decorated for Christmas on Dec. 1st and Santa made a visit during the Christmas parade that passed by the next morning! Great stay!
I have emailed the concierge twice about a matter and never heard back. Good communication is important. I will not be staying there due to this.
Hotel was pretty, staff was nice, restaurant for lunch was just ok .. Salmon burger was dry and seemed like something taken out of a box and deep fried drinks were good, portabella burger was okay, salads ok, and chilled soup was good. Not sure I would ever go back. Just average for spending over 100 for lunch.
Husband and I spent the night here when we were in town to see "West Side Story" at the Virginia Repertory Theater (just across the street.) We love this place! Everything about it is PERFECT!! Will definitely be back!
Loved the experience, accommodations, food, service, Nest toiletries... it was all perfect!!
Gorgeous and cool little hotel. Really friendly staff and some super artwork. Great shuttle service into the centre and to museums. Well worth a stay! We will be back. That’s for sure!
I absolutely love this hotel. I travel often for work and stay in many hotels throughout the country. This hotel was one of the best places I have stayed in quite some time. It is beautiful, hip, and in a great location in Richmond. I absolutely love the decor!!The staff was kind and helpful. The food was outstanding. I will be coming back many many more times. Kudos to the owners and the designers for making this hotel such a special and unique place to stay.
