RecommendedRomantic and scenic view of the city
Terrible experience...they put me in a handicap room for no reason...it was inconvenient and I thought that was in bad taste in case someone else who actually needed it came in or made a reservation...
The place has style! Enjoyed the meal. Everything was delicious.
It’s the perfect place to be and to be seen, if you’re into the Barbie and Fabio mentality! Seriously, there’s a picture of Barbie in one of the suite bathrooms. What a bunch of phonies! How bourgeois can you get?! This is without a doubt the worst hotel I’ve stayed at, and it’s supposed to be a must go to destination?! Richmond is boring and so are the people residing here! Go to Nashville, Vegas, or New York City, much better places to stay and see.
Favorite stay while in the city!
Over all a great experience with staff. They are very helpful, friendly and the hotel has an openness that complements its minimalist approach to design and decoration. The hotel resturante, the Maple & Pine, has a great menu, attentive staff, the food was superb and service was perfect. However, our mattress was uncomfortable, the Air Conditioner ran all night, occasionally making popping sounds and there was no view from the rooms. Would I come back ? Yes!
Wonderful place to go just relax in beautiful lobby, listen to great music and escape from life. One of my Happy Places in RVA.
